I wholesale deals in Indianapolis, In.
I will split delas with you 50-50 if you bring the buyer. Right now I have about
20 properties which I either own or have under contract.
My properties consist of turnkey rentals and fixers. Turnkeys are typically around 30-40K in good neighborhoods with rents 600-800 per month. The fixers are typically between 10 and 18K with some needing less than 5K in work and some needing over 10K.
