I'm in the process of acquiring a home in North County off Lucas & Hunt in the Riverview Gardens area. I'm picking it up pretty cheap, but not sure if I want to keep and hold or flip it.
Does anyone on here invest in the Riverview Gardens School District?
It's a 3/1 with a detached two-car garage. It sits on a huge lot and has a fenced in, flat backyard. It's located off Lucas & Hunt on a side street off Nemnich. The house was completely rehabbed in 2007, but it needs new carpet, paint, etc.
