I have 4 houses in Slidell that I need occupied now!! If you never thought you could own a home, think again. All 4 were remodeled after Katrina and 2 of them have been occupied since but tennants did not work out. The third needs more work. And the fourth is on the water and had some recent water damage which will be repaired shortly. They will need a little TLC but nothing major. The last 2 need a little more, so we could work a deal to discount if you agree to finish work. Looking for good hardworking people to treat these as their own, and in return I will work with you on the terms. As little as 3K down and owner financing for 3 years, then you can refinance, sell or? If you don't have the 3K, no worrys. Put 2K down and pay an xtra $100 per month till balance paid. Payments from $995 to $1,195 depending on house. A really good deal for working people. Blemished credit ok as long as you can show a good work history. No bums, I'm looking for people that want to own a home and take care of it...plain and simple. Thank you
