Why I Split Profits 50-50 with other investors.......
Hi,
My name is Andy Rumple and I wholesale houses in Indianapolis, In. Anyone who brings a buyer for one of my houses always gets half the profit from the deal. Some investors pay only small "bird dog" fees of $500 to $1000. I have never gone out of my way to sell one of their houses. If someone off the street tells me about a house and I eventually close on it then such a fee is appropriate- But someone acting in the capacity of a professional who markets for buyers then moves one of my houses deserves half!
