Is it better to sell an Investment Property with Tenant in Place?
Me and my partner seem to have a disagreement. I feel it would be easier to move a move-in ready property to an another investor these days with a tenant in place. This would then be a true "turnkey" deal creating cashflow from day #1. He feels that having a tenant in place may complicate things and narrow the spectrum of interested buyers. What do you think??
